What we process

• Recipe data — ingredients and nutrient values you enter are processed in memory to compute and export a label. We do not keep a long-term recipe database for anonymous users.
• Exports — PNG/PDF files are generated on demand and returned to your browser. They are not archived on the server.
• Unlock waitlist / checkout — if you request Unlock, we store your email (and optional company) so we can follow up or fulfill payment.
• Events — anonymous product analytics (for example label completed, export, unlock click) with a browser session id, written as server logs under our app data directory.
• Access logs — our reverse proxy records standard HTTP access logs.
• Ads / measurement — if Google tags are configured, your browser may load Google Tag / Ads scripts (conversion labels may be added later).

Legal bases

Where GDPR applies: legitimate interests in operating and improving the assay (Art. 6(1)(f)), and consent / contract where you submit an email for Unlock or pay (Art. 6(1)(a)/(b)).

Retention

Waitlist and event logs are retained as needed to run the assay and respond to Unlock requests, then deleted or anonymized. Recipe payloads are not stored long-term without an account.
